I haven't read enough detail, but suffice it to say that cable (and satellite) companies that are too exclusively focused on TV 1.0 will be learning a hard lesson soon...
No wonder they're all turning into pure data/telecom companies, selling us bandwidth and lobbying against Net Neutrality...
