i picked up a domain StartUpDigest.com cause i am really into business and startups.
i notice there was a site out there already thestartupdigest.com located i believe in silcone valley.
do you think i should develop and turn it into a blog(techcrunch)/killerStartups like site or try to sell it to that company in silicone valley?
wondering your thoughts.. thanks in advance
Carl
Hi Carl. What it comes down to is this. If other owner is willing to give you more money for that domain then your desire to create a startup portal by all means sell, if not develop site out. But what I will tell you from my experience is that when someone buys a domain with the word "the" in the begining is because the root keywords of that domain is already taken as in your case and you will more than likely generate some traffic if other site is developed. They more than likely searched that term but you owned it.
