How worth a domain that have traffic to another live site.

Hi

I searched some domains that have markable traffic as such 10,000+ searches/Month, after research I find that traffic was intended to a live website and no Trademark Issue found in domain name. CPC was good , compition 'high' .

Is it worthy for developping a website or Domainer?

If it is available to register the odds are its a reg fee domain - though if it is a .com and the live site is on another extension it is probably worth picking up - though its rare that such domains are available.

A bit different, I saw a .com domain available for 'hand on reg' and other extension .net and .org are redirected to a big & top rated live website. .org is updated for 2011 in 2007. why left .com? I don't understand this but registered that domain.
