why is halvarez on snapnames always not the high bidder?
for example I am in 6 auctions with only me and halvarez, we both have a $60 bid.
Yet I am listed as the high bidder in everyone??
I am not saying this is a bad thing, but how does it figure out who is the high bidder when it is at $60???
thanks
jude.

haha
no he never does, thats my point.
I just looked it up, and I can find a total of 37 auctions I was in with Halvarez and he has only bid higher then $60 once.
anyway, what i was really wondering is how they come up with who is the high bidder when it ends at $60.
thanks
jude

Halvarez likes to gamble. Usually he loses. But he also "bluffs". Had a $xxx bid go north to $x,xxx because of his contributions to the auction. Finally got the name but at a much higher price. Some have speculated Halvarez is Snapnames, which I don't believe. I think it's the Devil.
Timestamp, Hal is possibly one guy with only two hands, therefore he may pass on the lessor $60 names to stay on top of the premiums.
he probably thinks 'if only 2 or 3 bidders for a name, probably not worth going after'
FOR SALE
I'm sure Halvarez is a person.
Apparently, he places his bids within the last 12 hours of dropping.
I have seen him bid aggressively on many, many occasions.
Being second allows him time to decide if he really wants it or not.
I would be the first person to complain if I thought Snapnames was doing
something unethical.
I have never caught them doing anything underhanded or improper.
I picked up 3 names through snapnames and all three are registered with companies I've never heard of scattered around the world. Is this common practice? How does this work? Is it just that the names were with these registrants when they were dropped or does snapnames actually assign names to the lowest registrant bidder?
Politicians and diapers need changing often...both for the same reason.
he has been there in ALMOST ALL my snapnames auctions. His name and taste for domains suggest he, like me, is Venezuelan. Likely, he comes at the last minute. I have never lost a 60 x 60 bid with him, and I use to bid 1 to 7 days before the drop.
