Impressive Customer Service

I listed 3 names... although i have about 80 names..


anyways..

a few day's later, i visited the site again, to check for my listings.. all was fine..

then.. i located their 'send your names by bulk email' feature, which allowed me to send a WORD doc'.. with all 75+ names, with my asking price, direct to their customer svc.
From that point.. they were to list the names accordingly..

I rec'd this memo back from them today..
And I'm impressed, with the free listing.. in regards to the type of followup customer svc. i rec'd.

today's the 23rd..
NOT BAD..

ShoutLoud is a better branding name then ShoutLand.
