If the offer is right, then go for it.
Profoundly influenced by #Bauhaus, Nameslave unrepentantly embraces Minimalism in his #multimedia portfolio. His early works include an experimental adaptation of Chekhov’s Cherry Orchard using the #Minimalist method inspired at least partly by the music of Robert Fripp. His totally irrelevant M.Ed. dissertation examines Organizational Culture and Change Management.
It may be an end user who wants to hide behind nsi.com . You get one chance to counter the offer. If amount seems alright , accept it. Goodluck.

Network Solutions manages over 6 million domains names, revenues of $60 million plus.
I wouldn't worry much about them as whoever sent the email, since about anyone can forward an offer thru many registrars or parking companies.
Just use good business sense, and escrow.com services etc.

You can see how they value your domain by going to their site and utilizing the "certified offer" link. Put in your domain, select "domain without website etc. and you will see their estimation of the value for it. This can be quite helpful in gauging a counter offer when dealing with netsol buyers. As I mentioned in earlier post, I have never been paid for a domain that was transferred to the buyer. Basically, they sent me a check, which I deposited, and later notified that the routing numbers were smudged/illegible so I requested that they cancel and reissue the payment but the situation was never rectified and I just gave up after repeated attempts. My question remains, who got to keep the $500 I never received, the buyer that now owns the domain or netsol? Blah...

In fairness I forgot to make mention that after a few calls I was finally told that if I returned the check they would do something about it. The problem was that by that time the check had made it to some holding house in Chicago and my bank said that there was no way to get the "original" check back at that point but they would provide documentation to support my claim. When the netsol rep said that was unacceptable I told them that I would call them back after the check expired (90 days) they could verify that it was never cashed and reissue. Couldn't get anywhere ...,

Last time I checked. Netsol offered the only payment method to sellers - a check in USD and they'd mail the check only to whois address/name obtained at the moment of registrar transfer. So, if a seller is located outside U.S. - they still have to wait for a paper check even if there is no way for a seller to deposit this foreign check. If the seller is using some sort of whois privacy for a domain sold - the seller should change whois revealing his physical address to the whole world in order to be paid.
Finally, even though Netsol requires registrar transfer-in to them, they promptly accept offers, authorize $$$ at buyers credit card, and forward offers to domains which are not yet 60 days old and, as such, (by default) cannot be sold through their service. Naturally, the seller cannot accept such an offer regardless of $$$ amount - the domain name cannot be delivered as required - but Netsol still receives their commission from the buyer "for trying". A good way to make money...
