Sorry to be totally annoying and ask another one of those plural v singular questions, but which do you think is better at the end of a domain name machine or machines? I am asking in regards to something manufacturing related.
Many thanks

Both if possible.

machine
In order of preference, 1) both 2) whichever has higher search volume or 3) whichever is available

MHO:
Definitely both if possible. Singular usually tends to get higher search volume (if its a product) while the plural tends to sound better for a "store." Keep in mind that the plural search is sometimes indicative of product reviews or screen shoppers, whereas the singular leans toward the cash in hand buyer. The advantage with both is that they can forward to the same place so your reap both sides of the traffic street.
