when I first use moniker, I often update the same dns several times, for it always appears the old ones. It would be greater if this could be fixed.

Any way, Moniker is one of the best registrars

Re: MONIKER ISSUES - Registrar comparison from a domain consultant

Moniker Rocks! Clearly Moniker is for the high-volume professional domainer wheras GoDaddy is for the Pedestrian who might buy a couple domains. That's why Moniker gets such good feedback on this forum. But they do need to be kept on their toes and aware of issues that their high-volume customers are having.

The only problem I have with Moniker is the same problem I have with most companies...no one ever reaches out to you until they sense that you are leaving them. Once Godaddy figured out I was leaving, I suddenly started getting calls and e-mails from my account manager.

Like many domainers, My monthly expense at Moniker is probably second only to my house payment. I would like once in a while for my account rep to call and say "hey, you're an important customer of ours. I'd like to offer you this discount code for your registrations next month" or "I'd like to offer you these free services with your domains". It's always when you're leaving that you get that call.

Go Moniker!
    That's good news.

1 hour is much more workable than 15 min timeouts and should rarely be a problem now.

This shows us how responsive Moniker is vs the others. That is why they are the clear #1 choice for professional domainers.

Re: MONIKER ISSUES - Registrar comparison from a domain consultant

Moniker has re-designed their web site (at least their front page) today. Also they have added better visibility (with flash graphics) for their: Moniker Marketplace and Traffic Club services. They sure have listed many nice domains in their Moniker Marketplace...

Checkout their page for Domainers at: http://www.moniker.com/domainers.jsp

Also I just got lightning service from Glenda over there in customer service. She had to get in touch with Monte today (whois is in NY today) to answer a problem I had with a domain and she called me back within 10 minutes as she called Monte at his meeting in N.Y. to get my answer - can you believe this high level of service? Way exceeds my expectations!
