Register Today on DNForum IT'S FREE!I got a name thru snapback registered at namescout.com months ago. Today, I try to change registrant name and namescout's interface updated it successfully. However, when I check the whois, it still shows the old information.
Does anyone know how to change the registrant information? (not admin, not tech, not billing info)

You can.
Push it to another account at Namescout.com, and make the change.
Snapnames grabbed a name for me through them too. I haven't tried changing contact info yet though. I might transfer to another registrar down the road, cause its $25/year for renewals.

It could be that they only batch-update their WHOIS, instead of doing it in real-time (StarGate does this too, very annoying).
If it doesn't change in another day or two, maybe email their customer support?
