suddenly i got a email from them
Dear Customer,

iam not not able to acess the domain .
there is no response from their custmer care or suppourt for more than a week
what should i do now ?

This happened to me with a Tucows reseller. I try and avoid small registrars or resellers as much as possible. All you can do is keep emailing them. Maybe look up the WHOIS info on netestate.com and contact them. This is likely a one man show.
If they are a reseller for somebody else, you can contact the main company (enom, GoDaddy etc) and see if they can help you.
