Question No access from Foreign ISp

Helo Pros,

I am new, did some reading but find no other way to ask.

lets say I have an account on a website and that worked since 3 years
than the website changed the name and get redirected to a other location. its

www.lynkvt.com

after they emigratet to Worldpay

now when I try to access this site from an ISP from the Dominican republic
like I dit bevor when I was here with
Codetel, claro or tricom, I dont have access to the site it says

Connection Interrupted

The connection to the server was reset while the page was loading.

The network link was interrupted while negotiating a connection. Please try again.

I try again for 4 weeks now while I am working here in the dom rep but no way. funny that I found one connection from codetel that still works, but far away from where I need the page.

It looks like they block IP.s from foreign countrys.

is there any way to get this site back up from here ?
Is there any way to redirect my site so it looks like an american site ?

thanks for helping
