Recommended wordpress hosts?

I'm looking to host a few wordpress sites, and would appreciate some recommendations with regards to who is any good.

One-click install is a necessity.

I would prefer to have monthly billing rather than lump-sum annual billing.

Canada-based servers would also be a major plus.

I flat-out refuse to use hostmonster or any of its affiliated sites... long story there.

Any recommendations would be much appreciated.

I use Go Daddy with no issue, but best to get a regular linux server that way you can have as many wordpress sites as you want.

Use Go Daddy if you don't need service or customer support, their server support stinks.

I am using Lunar Pages.

GD is not that bad. HostGator is not that bad.

But, as DCG pointed out, GD is not that great on support issues. And HostGator downright sucks with their support and attitudes.

I am with Dreamhost and no problem with them either. You can use coupon codes to bring down the Hosting charges. I once got 1 year hosting for less than $20.
They got one click installs as well.
