The problem is if no one else bids the one who made the push to auction bid must then buy it.
What happened to that site which was active a few years ago where they would bid on sedo listings for a fee?

The bidder still needs to complete the deal if he/she is not outbid, so names that are less likely to sell for more than $60 usually won't receive any bids, even if listed on that site.
