I think most experienced domainers can smell a scam, it's the newbies that have trouble and are often the ones who get ripped off, Many have no clue that a charge can be reversed until it actually happens to them, Which leads to another "Paypal screwed me" thread, "Now what should I do?"
What this forum needs is a page or section devoted to Security, A set of guidelines of how members can better protect themselves against Fraud, Chargeback's or Stolen domains.
I got 3 emails for the first names hahaha. Just doing a simple google search gave me lots of info.

I suspect the inquirer really wants to by the domain, but is trying to go the sympathetic/not-a-domainer route. Even so, I recommend not responding. Anyone who uses a fictitious name is not worthy doing business with.
