I've gone through this a few times already for high xxx, low x,xxx deals in the past month. I don't like to harass people and feel it would be a waste of time to 'out' them... but yes, it is definitely getting a bit annoying...

Same thing happened to me this week. I actually declined a second buyer because the other buyer offered 500 more. and then he backed out 1 day later saying that he bought another domain and doesn't have money anymore.Now i'm trying to contact the 2nd buyer and he said he's not interested anymore greed is a mother fcker lol.

...on the flip side of the coin, I have sellers coming to me 2 weeks later or even a month or more after the offer was made to tell me to they'll take my offer and to send payment.
