Yeah, I think you're right about being noobs because only the .coms are being reg'd and those people only have a few domains in their portfolio.
As for TM issues, not sure Tweet is a trademark of Twitter, is it?
Twitter is just a simple micro blog which everybody in the U.S seems to have caught onto on although elsewhere not many people know what it is unless you are a techie........
Because people don't know how waste the money
The same happened before with iPhone, YouTube, Pizza, etc...
