Where can I get a list of all registered domain names?

Does anyone know if there is a place where I can download a giant file of all .com domain names currently registered? I realize this will be one gigantic file but would like to do some research with it.

We provide these lists with our Domain Research Tool product (domainresearchtool.com) and with our PremiumDrops.com service.

Both are updated daily and include zone files in many extensions (com/net/org, etc).

Uncompressed ~2 GB for com contains all registered domains since last update (< 24 hours).

You can also download these for free from Verisign, but there is an application process that takes anywhere from 4-8 weeks.
