.net hasn't gotten anywhere in nearly 15 years so its safe to say that it never will.
.biz has no market. While it claims to be the domain name of business it serves no one. A chemical company such as dow or dupont would be better served by a .com (or something like .science should that be introduced) a webhosting company would similiarly be better serverd by a .host extension should that be introduced. .biz will most likely end up with .tv, in the failed domains heap.
