Strange. Even if they were refusing you claim they would let you know.
Just thought I'd bump this to see if anyone can help you.

I'd like to know how many people is being left outside of the rebate.
Who did not receive Snapnames rebate offer and have halvarez in its auctions?
Me.
Who else?
Strange. Even if they were refusing you claim they would let you know.

There's just another guy who told me in PM that he has not received the email.
And I'm sure they owe me.
And I'm sure I still have the same email account I use at snapnames, it has been always the same, I even have it linked with moniker.
The mail could have been trapped as spam.

I had at least 1 auction where H. bumped up the whole auction so I dropped out and a 3rd person won. Auctions affected like this should at least get a $69 credit to buy a name with.
They are only offering the rebate on auctions where it was just you and halvaraz. For example, if there are 3 people including yourself in an auction, halvaraz bids up to 4k, then suddenly you and the other guy start bidding, you get no rebate.
If you and the other guy bid up to 4k, then halvaraz jumps in up to 5k, you'll get 1k back from that. Unless its you an hal as the top 2 bidders in an auction, you get nothing.
I think its bullshit. Any and all dollar amounts effected by halvaraz should be refunded.
Me 2...
My concern is that I deleted it or something...but I cannot get them to respond back to me. It is pissing me off. If I did not delete it...they are just not counting correctly...I have multiple auctions where I win and halvarez bumped me to my max...which in turn affected my ability to bid on other names I wanted (which Halvarez would have in turn cheated me again I suppose).
Ok, now we are three.
I've just whitelisted snapnames and rustconsulting in my email server configuration.
But I do receive snapnames email all the time.
And I did receive the modified agreement notification, though I did not get the original.
Update:
It was the spam filter. They're using a 3rd party company to send the mass emails, called vertismail. So, no matter how much I loosened the filter, it was still rejected.
But they finally send me a link to get the PDF with the numbers and other link to the agreement.
