Ad position is ok but I too didn't saw it in the first place while reading the first post. Maybe that's because I didn't saw any before there and didn't get used to it.
As for the design (I know you didn't asked that but I doubt you'll say "No" to an opinion because every now and then things can be improved) it's too gray.
If you want to go with dark color scheme, gray is not an option for me (looks like your design washed off with too many views like black clothes). Make some contrast, change some colors or hire a designer to make you a real atractive ad this one is boring and reminds me of the websites in late 90s.
