Who helped me out with a sticky situation.

I created an account for a domain that I had sold, the buyer reset and then forgot the password, but the account still had my email attached to it.

I was a bit careless when creating the account regarding the security information, and things got sticky when it came time for me to verify that I had rights to the account.

A couple of emails and a quick phone call to Marieca later (no waiting here, I was answered by the person I was emailing) and all was resolved. Very impressive.

Morals of the story:

Be careful with the account info you submit even if you plan to immediately give the account away,
