tonight is another grand CBC hockey night double header with Montreal vs Boston in the first game and Calgary vs San Jose in the second. Five hours of hockey breaks down to:

3 beers per hour x 5 hours = 15 beer
1 large pizza
1 bucket of chicken wings
6 F*** You refs
4 bathroom breaks
and a good time had by all - even the habs fans. <-- Canada's strangest creatures.

Ah, no disrespect to the Canadiens - just spelling issues on my part. I was actually a bit worried when I heard that would be the next match up.

Gotta give kudos to the Capitals, 7 games and overtime -- it really was anybody's win up to that point.

Ovechkin had the puck on his stick with 1 min+ left in regulation....winds up for the guaranteed game-winner..........ready to let it fly.....and fakes the shot and attempts a hard pass towards Federov in front of the net....who whiffs!!!...:(....just plain misses it...feel bad for the kid.....you see his goal last nite?...what a rocket!!

PS- have I mentioned how much i hate the Flyers!!!!...

yeah.....Flyers looking good.......should be a good matchup vs the Pens......I hope they beat the shYt out of Crosby......freaking swan diver..........Rangers running on fumes....not looking good...especially with Avery in the hospital......Probably Jags and Shanny's last game tomorrow nite....

Flyers were getting a little cocky in that last game, thought they had it won and then. . . but they pulled it out. And oh man, that guy that caught the puck with his stomach! Now that's giving it all for the game. He's in pain on the ice and they're all shoving their sticks under him trying to keep the puck in play. Incredible.

Pens are going all the way this year. They have proven to be too good. Pens vs Detroit should be a great series.
