Talking Should I sale Construction.tel!

Hey guys I just need opinions for this even though A lot guys on this forum seem gloomy on this extension I bought one becuase from some reason I make a lot more money from obscure extensions using strong keywords than com.So I had a plan or a partial business plan to develope it and builda directory for construction companies. I recently recieved an offer for $500 dollars should I sale this domain , build it /rent space affilaites or something like that or , just hold another 1-6months looking for high offers.

I would sell, but I have no faith in the .tel extension.

ask for more than their offer then dive into some heavy research to find out why anyone may want it...then contact them if you don't hear from them.

I would honestly hang on to it for at least one more month, and wait and see how this Myspace .tel promotion pans out. IMHO .tel is nothing more than a virtual business card for either an individual or a company. There are a lot of construction companies all around the world, and if .tel does happen to catch on, there will be demand for your domain.

Follow the route of the few successful mobi domainers - flip early before the bottom falls out - aka - self-created hype tails off.

take it from my downfall... i had a lot of offers for my .mobi's and i rejected them all! Now they are expiring and no one wants to buy them for $1! .tel is a worse investment - take the money and run as fast as you can and never look back

I sent him the email I saying I will sale now just wanting for payment but my concern with this $500 dont really buy any real good domains. I always heard rick and other domainers say only sale if you believe the cash can get you a better domain then you sold. Even .tel maybe a sucky extension i dont anything can that stronger than the word construction it is complimentary word to realestate meaning you need it to build realestate. And also on regards to the aftermarket I see sales of even .cc if the keyword is like at top 100 keywords it still goes for 1k like games.mobi mobi it is bad but still can sell for over 2k any day of the week

I was going to advise you to sell too, as this is one of those extensions that I just don't think is going to fly anytime soon. That was a decent sale. Congrats.

How did you transfer it? Network Solutions won't transfer .tel domains for 60 days following a registration. http://customersupport.networksoluti...le.php?id=1217
