Looking for premium, brandable domains.
My point is, the pills.tel guy raved about making an online pharmacy index etc. etc. when in fact he made a speculative purchase to resell. That's fine, but the price tag is very unreasonable.

I got webguru.tel
There used to be a guy on this forum and new.nets forum named mole. He invited me here. Well, he always called me webguru. So, by chance I checked it and it was available. I used to own webguru.net but I sold it and I wish I hadn't had to at the time. So, I thought what tha hell. No resell value, but ....
Finally, I got one indexed! Ha! edge.tel ... We've been reading in the news about all the thousands of .tel registrations each day, yet Google's index doesn't reflect that at all. I think this serves as an indication to the fact that while people may be registering them, they are probably for reselling purposes and not for use. That is, if they were actually being registered and used (information set up on them), there would be more indexed by Google (since the DNS would actually resolve; otherwise, Google has nothing to index). However, most people aren't setting them up to be used, they are just hoarding them. Not good for Telnic...

Rather interesting . . .

Indeed very interesting, given the fact that Telnic claimed they do not hoard domains.
I don't think .tel is going to sell alot. Maybe in the future.....some companies only have contact details on their .com so maybe.
I personally think services maybe could sell alot since their site would probably advertise their numbers right?
Services like:
-car rental
-car towing
-lomousine rental
-hotels
-delivery (products etc u buy)
-etc
I personally think .tel could be a huge potential for the services or product that is sold through phone or could be.
Else than that i don't see much potential. .Tel though sad to see they uh hold on to like premium .tel car.tel etc..

If it work I should start too lol
The only reason this listing exists on ebay is to provide cheap promotion for the worthless .tel in the search engines.
"(.tel) does not require a website or a server, so there exists no Hosting fees! "
Wow! I guess someone paying $21,000,000.00 for a domain name will see this as very important!![]()
What do you guys think about:
Anybody .tel
Anybodys .tel

.tel is a marketing niche. It will not work in the same way for businesses as domain names have done in the past. But that does not mean they will not "work" for businesses. The science is in the application of the information collected, telnic have registered telpages.com (take a look and you tel me what they are planningand they have a few more tricks up their sleeve.
Oh and just FYI here is a tel domains price list .

I think "anybodys" is worse than "anybody," but I don't really see a purpose for either. However, I've seen much worse registered.
