Need some advice on city + keyword domains

Can anyone help me answer any of the following questions:

    1. What geo domains are more valuable "city + Keyword" or "keyword + city"

    2. What other rules of thumb do you use when valuing geo domains? Do you look at population? PPC?

Any other info would be great

    Thanks

    DG

You can go broke regging all day long every variant of city + keyword domains.

You are better off trying to snag a true city geo, building a site, and then adding keyword as subdomains.

    ie, Dallas.com/realtors, Dallas.com/hospitals or hospitals.dallas.com, realtors.dallas.com.

Having a development plan will definitely help. Otherwise, if you are looking to flip long tail geo names, be prepared to sit on them for quite a while.

Thanks - what would you say is more valuable: city+keyword or keyword+city
Yes I agree you could go broke employing this strategy but buying a city.com wouldn't be cheap either

city+keyword is always best. Geo+ keyword.com domains are easy to sell, get Geo + Service .com

In the English language most often i guess but for some languages it's the opposite.

city+keyword would normally be best, but there are cases where the reverse works too.
