I don't get it, i.e. the example site above is running Adsense but Adsense pays what it pays and is not going to give someone extra money because they use the script, right? Maybe you can explain how you can get a higher payout from G because the more I think about it the more confused I become Maybe I am missing something

You may be running risk of losing adsense account as the pages are made for adsense which is against their rules.
