this is MAJOR fraud. whats the sentences like in the relevant state? as i know it varies so much in the U.S

You're right, the laws do vary by state in the U.S, however Federal law is constant. But in the End, it doesn't matter where you are, there is NO ESCAPING Big Bubba!
