Hey there, a "big time" hosting business is for sale here. We are an actual business with over 200 something clients, most of which pay yearly and a bunch of which are paying monthly. This number increases in the double digits level each day, and we are not predicting it to stop any time soon.

We have 5 staffers, 2 of which are *nix experts maintaining the servers themselves, and we are basically providing 24 X 7 support due to the fact that we have technicians on AIM all the time, and since they are spaced out (we have two in the eastern us time zone, one central, one west coast, and one in the U.K.) throughout the world, there is a VERY low amount of problems/inquiries.

We are also utilizing advertising on a VERY popular site (over 10 million hits per month), with a highly brandable ad campaign (we will provide links to everything, and more information upon request via PM or email). We get over 20,000 clickthroughs per day from this one site alone, and we get many many many (a lot!) customers from different communities around the net, where we have a very high reputation.

We have several servers on DCJN bandwidth, as well as a newly redesigned site (we paid several thousands of dollars for the site as well as a complete custom backend system which includes helpdesk, invoice system, f.a.q., testimonials, etc.).

All of the sites we host are legit, and if you decide to purchase our business, we ask that you take the following into consideration:

a) It would be preferred if you kept at least some of the staff employed, as they are really running the show here. All of them are great people, and very knowledgeable at what they do.
b) You shall provide the same level of excellent service that we do now, and keep customer satisfaction at the same level that it is at now.
c) You shall continue to provide for any and all customers' hosting situations that we currently provide for. This includes completing the terms (when paid yearly) for each account hosted with us.

We have a paysystems account for processing payments, as well as a paypal account. This deal will also include a custom vbulletin forum used for support, as well as hivemail (for emailing), and several custom scripts and server side processes which are used to make the business running at full speed. We have an irc channel setup for support, and turnaround time on tickets is usually instant, if not, then less than 20 minutes per ticket.
