i have a list that is for sale, list contains 4 qualified names CERTIFIED from PREMIUMDOMAIN.com as PREMIUM .. the 4 names are AVAILABLE to register, post your offer and i'll give you the names to register.
Domains scored 405 - 467 at PREMIUMDOMAIN.com
all are still AVAILABLE to register .. all CERTIFIED as PREMIUM
with every name you 'll have a certificate from PREMIUMDOMAIN.com that you own a PREMIUM domain, which means around 1k each

and if the names were certified as premium, then why are they still unregistered?

just wondering, why you just don't register them yourself. You can later sell them for 4k as you say "around 1k each"

I do not know what Mustafa is trying to sell here but I can say it's not the good approach to sell domains having a so low scoring, plus it's probably not the good place.

Premium names start with a 400 domain scoring and can go up to 1,000 - the scale is exponential.

So Mustafa, the premium names you are trying to sell here are in the very very low range!!!

Premium names scoring under 550 use to worth few hundred dollars only,
and they rarely interest domain investors.
Such domains are generally sold to people seeking to create a site, a gateway, ... for a specific keyword.

Your approach could be good in this forum if you will come with middle/high premium names that interest investors.
If it was the case then we may understand you want to keep secret the names and only deliver the info to motivated buyers.

For such very low scored premium names like the ones you try to sell the best place to advertise them are the domain marketplaces like SEDO, Afternic, PremiumDomains, ...
Where people search by keywords quality domains of interest for their business but are not specifically searching for an investment.

If I understand the previous posts, it look likes you are even trying to sell unregistered names? Your approach is really amazing.

But nobody can really blame you.
We need to better communicate about the meaning of the domain scoring and the different ranges of premium names.

why didn't i, because in simple sentence i don't need more names on my portfolio current time .. So, i thought why don't i sell the names to any body to register them and won the money, i wasn't to give them to anybody less than 60$ each which means 240$ at least just to tell him the names and he will check them at PREMIUMDOMAINS to ensure that names really have been certified as PREMIUM or not then he will sell the names in his way in a v. good price .... its a win - win Sale i thought we would have here me and the buyer gonna have

With so many colors and so many times the Premium word in your post I did not even understood what you was trying to sell was unregistered premium names. I better understand the responses now.

I am very curious to know about these premium names.
As I said, even in the very low range like the scores outline they are probably names that should sell few hundred.
Drop me a note with the names, I promise to not register them.
This will help me better understood this unusual behavior.

Without more info the only I can imagine is that Mustafa is maybe a newbie or was never lucky with domain sales or simply need quick cash now.

There is a long thread buried somewhere under the pile, discussing just that. The conclusion was that they made up some a list of specifications a domain must fall into, and if it does, it is then called "premium", always according to them of course.

He said around 10% of names submited to the company are "Premium".. I call that "poor" evaluation at best. Premium names should be in the top .01%..

But hey he's running a business so who can blame him.
