PhPbb - no license needed free to use
IPB & VBulletin it depends on the price you choose

For example Vbelletin has 180.00 each for OWNED Licensed

A leased license is $100 which is what I use for myself.

So if you went with Vbulletin it would be either 250 w/ leased license and 320 w/owned but since you have your own domain I would take an additional 10 off.
