Ber|Art will begin the campaign within 48 hours from the purchase time as long as the advertised URL complies with our terms of use and the PayPal payment has been cleared. Advertised URL cannot have pop-ups or any pop-ads, sounds, music, or frame breaking codes. We guarantee all purchased traffic will be delivered. Your traffic campaign will continue until all purchased traffic has been delivered to your advertised URL. We Can provide a IP report of your traffic campaign, so you can see the unique IP numbers witch has visited your site, upon request.

All PayPal payments for advertising must be made in full before the campaign will begin and your advertising page must comply fully with the following conditions:
1. Ber|Art WILL NOT accept ads or websites that contain, provide, or link to content that is not appropriate for viewing by the general public. The following are examples of the type of sites we WILL NOT deliver visitors to: * Sites with pornography, sexual or erotic material or adult business opportunities, Sites containing or linking to software piracy, pirating, hacking, spamming, excessive violence, obscene or vulgar language, abusive content, illegal schemes, false investment advice or deceptive money-making opportunities or ANY form of illegal activity or material, etc.
2. Your advertisement page MUST NOT contain any other popup windows. Any additional window generated by your site shall be considered a popup window, including popups, pop-behinds, or exit popups windows. If a popup window is installed on the URL at any time, Ber|Art may and will stop the campaign and you WILL NOT be entitled to a refund.
3. Your advertisement page can not have background music or sounds, contain scripts that alter users browser settings or contain any frame breaking codes.
4. If your site is changed during the campaign such that it includes inappropriate content, Ber|Art will stop your campaign immediately. In this case, you WILL NOT be entitled to a refund.
5. Ber|Art has 5 campaigns available for now, so please post SOLD to get one, only DNForum Platinum Members with at least 50 post are entiteled to a Traffic Campaign..

Well probably, de page will not comply with the terms and rules. For example, sedo parking pages are not compiling with the terms so the campaign will not be approved. If the page comply I do not think there will be a problem, we generate unique untargeted visitors with unique IP numbers.
