    Domain theft through fraudulent chargeback

Domain theft through fraudulent payment chargeback seems to be occurring quite frequently (http://www.domaintheft.org/).

Would like feedback on how to minimize/prevent this problem as a domain seller.

Was this through paypal? If so, I would use an escrow service. When you use an escrow service they will have the buyer provide a credit card authorization form which basically eliminates chargebacks and if it does occur the escrow service wins.
