A lot of times I do not agree with threads being closed. If the threads are not in the sales forums, and they are clean, why bother closing them. It is so frustrating.
If you are new to domains and looking to buy, sell and learn about domains then you have come to the right place. DNForum is the largest domain name community on the internet and continues to grow every day. There are over 105,000 domainers on DNForum doing everything from buying domains, selling domains, learning about domains and discussing domains. Take a minute and Register.
Register Today on DNForum IT'S FREE!I do not know who close threads, I guess a moderator.
Just noticed mine has been closed:
http://www.dnforum.com/f16/buying-domains-paying-10-years-ppc-revenue-thread-228627.html
I will say it's frustrating that I cannot post a domain request offer without start a polemic and have my thread closed.
Welll, I just wanted to respond to the last question not responded:
When you submit domains at DomainValuation.com you receive an email with a link where you will find the domain scores of the domain submitted.
There is another way to get the domain score that does not requires to sign up, plus it's real time: DomainScore.com
The problem is the resources allocated to this free service are low and as soon around 5,000 valuations are done daily the service cannot do more valuations for 24 hours (an API daily usage limitation).
This is why I rarely talk about it as a a way to calculate domain scores.
That's all!
And please don't repond, whatever be his reasons, if a moderator closed my thread I guess he does not want I continue here.
...
Domaining.com --- It's about making money with domain names.

right, just because you are trying to screw over people new in this industry, doesn't mean the mods shouldn't close your threads.
"..you are trying to screw over people new in this industry..."
Can you explain this?
Domaining.com --- It's about making money with domain names.
All after all, I only see Francois advertising his DomainBlah(dot)com's rather than any purchase attempts.
Alien,
Don't you think I have enough advertising in this forum with a leaderboard displaying in all the pages?
That's simply RIDICULOUS!
If only people having domains with the specs I am searching will post in my request domain thread and not people that complain then maybe I could buy more domains I am buying here.
...
Domaining.com --- It's about making money with domain names.
And the beat goes on.
What part of "Advertising" do you not understand?
I have never used DomainValuation.com before, but I will say I use DomainScore.com almost daily, and it is a very good resource.
Of course the automatic appraisal has flaws ei. not supporting foreign words, but I have found it to be a quite accurate and transparent tool for domaining.
cheers
Why dont you say i am looking for high revenue domains blah blah, let the seller pm you the domains and then you manually enter it to see if its over 700? and if its not, dont bother....
Please dont say well its much easier to do it yourself by going thru my services......
Domaining to the max.
Hi
Your thread was closed for a couple of reasons.
First you continue to advertise and promote your other services within a "Domains Wanted" thread.
You require that domains meet a certain criteria which is an appraisal site owned/operated/promoted by you.
In that instance, you/your service is no different than any other scam service that offers to buy domains if they get appraised at a particular website first.
Though I am NOT implying that the services you claim to provide is fraudulant in any way, I am ascerting that your service is NOT an accepted service as of yet by the masses, like an "overture score".
Therefore mentioning it as a requirement unlike requiring an "ovt score", in the content of your posts, is deemed advertising.
Additionally, the thread was closed because of the numerous comments.
IMO..The excessive advertising is having a negative effect on what you are trying to accomplish, which from what I can see, is to put your domains' terms and services into the mainstream of dn conversations. ie: dnjournal
I have no problem with you advertising your website or services, as long as it is done in the proper area.
In the future, I would like to suggest that you restructure how you phrase the content/context of your "domains wanted" threads. Without always throwing your services in the face of your fellow members.
Thanks

I'm sure that you don't need to post self-promotion threads for DomainValuation.com or PremiumDomains.com or DomainScore.com (all owned by you), you can afford to advertise all over the web (and you do). You tarnished your business reputation.
