Not all PR5 Text links are the same, this is the inventory I have

All my PR 5 Text Links are on HOME PAGE (Front Door) and above fold (viewable without scrolling).

I have most categories of content (Entertainment, News, Movies, Business, Domains, etc.)

I have some slow sites (above 1M Alexa)
I have decent traffic sites (below 1M Alexa)
I have busy traffic sites (below 500K Alexa)
I have pretty busy traffic sites (below 300K Alexa)

These sites range from 100 Uniques a day to some that do 5000 Uniques a day.

The quickest way to get your new site indexed with a good PR in search engines is by having a text link on the front door of a busy site.
