I started using these sites last your to help some of my clients get better placement on the search engines and I'll be damned it works and works well. These sites will create search engine optimized pages or "cloaked" pages, search engines don't approve of cloaked pages and will ban you
IF you get caught but if you keep a couple of rules in mind the increase in traffic will be amazing and your chances of getting caught will be slim. I've never had a site banned and I've used it on over 30.
My general rules are as follows:
Don't get greedy, a simple site of 100-150 cloaked pages will do good, if you create 10000 cloaked pages you set off red flags.
Make sure your cloaked pages only contain keywords relevant to your site, if you sell doorknobs don't create cloaked pages that promise free myspace templates. Surfers will complain to the search engines.
Make sure you turn caching off!!!
I know some people don't approve of cloaking however if you don't want your website to be all text and scare off potential customers this may be a nice alternative.
By the way Google, Yahoo and Msn along with several of the largest corporations use cloaking.
