It reminds me of the story of the dying stab wound victim lying on the sidewalk and people stepping over him and going around because they did not want to get blood on their shoes.

I've stopped to parking names months ago (I just park adult/gambling domains now).
I've launched 400+ sites in the last 40 days and I plan to launch another bulk very soon.

I think many people do not realize that 2010 is also an election year for many Congressional seats.
Yeah, we have to go through elections again. States that have a 6 year seat or an off-year election.
Senator Olympia Snowe will be one of those seats.
What a great time to campaign for consumer protection and bring the Snowe Bill back to life. Perhaps it will be repackaged and a new name but the same contents.
