I have a dental office that needs a site. They are looking to spend between $4000 and $8000.

They have the money ready and are ready to go. What I am proposing is that for giving you the business I get a 15% finders fee.

If you are interested please PM me. You must show references with links to other sites and customer statements as well. I would need a well planned proposal that would layout the whole process beginning to end.

*Goals to be Accomplished with this Project*

-to convert the existing web site into an engaging, professional, user-friendly and informative portal that mirrors the professionalism of the offices themselves. The new site will be used primarily as a marketing tool and will attract new patients

-The new site will be constructed using best practices for Web site design, layout, and usability. The site will also be designed with expandability in mind, so that new sections, functionalities, and other content can be incorporated at any time down the road.

While this is not a comprehensive list, the primary objective of this project is to rectify the current site deficiencies with focus on the following:

1. Overall “user friendliness”
2. Intuitive, consistent navigation architecture with secondary and tertiary navigation systems
3. Custom graphic design for a highly professional “look and feel”
4. Compliance with usability standards and best practices in Web design
5. Browser compatibility
6. Eradication of internal page “frames” in order to increase exposure in search engines
7. Design that appeals to all target audiences (including existing and new patients)
8. Program the site structure so it appeals to search-engine indexing technology used by Google and Yahoo!

-A reworking of the Web site navigation will be one of the key focuses of this project as will the content-management system (CMS) editing system that allows for in-house Web site edits. The other primary goals are to:

1. Design a graphical layout (“look and feel”) that appeals to all target audiences and successfully conveys the mission and services. We will
assure continuity within all areas of the new site design by establishing and adhering to guidelines for graphics, font, color, navigation tools, and other elements. While graphics are very important in any Web site design, functionality and usability of the site will not be compromised.

2. Develop and integrate an intuitive navigation system that will allow users to
quickly find information they seek. Information will be presented in a hierarchy,
enabling visitors to “drill down” to find increasingly detailed information. Fly-out or dropdown menus may be used to accomplish this. Users will be able to access information using several pathways, not just via a single entryway.

3. Design the Web site that can expand for new functionalities and enhancements. This will be done, specifically, for the addition of new features down the road including - but not limited to - online appointment forms, streaming media, integration with offline software, credit-card payments, and so on. This will ensure that can use the site for the foreseeable future and not be forced to “start from scratch” in
order to accommodate new functionalities.

4. Build the site to be an information resource that all audiences can access for an array of documentation and materials. The new site must be designed with a selfservice focus, enabling users of all types to quickly locate and print information about the client. Considerable attention will be placed on making documents easier to find, download, or print from the end-user’s computer. This will also keep costs to a minimum, as office administrators will be able to point users to this section instead of faxing or e-mailing documents to them.

5. Make it easy for users to locate information about each office location. Each office page will include a map of the location, services at the location, and a printer-friendly map that patients can quickly print it up from their computers.

6. Design all areas of the site to ensure that they are compatible with the most popular search engines, including Google, MSN, Yahoo! and AOL Search. Special attention will be paid to title tags, keyword development, content layout and other design elements that positively influence where client ranks in the search indices.

7. Possible Hosting agreement that will allow unlimited website updates/additions.....which would be built into the monthly hosting fee.
