Thanks, I do apologize to any members that are experiencing any problems with my services, I am in the process of trying to get full time internet access and my desktop computer back up and running. I will definitely be willing to extend any member services in the event that the service is not working or refund members for any month that you had problems and i was not able to assist. Please give me a week to get moved into this new house and I will be more than happy to help any members that have had problems.
