Lightbulb Kevin Ham and Frank Schilling... Now on sale

Kevin Ham and Frank Schilling... Now on sale!

Quote:
That is right folks. Kevin Ham and Frank Schilling domain holdings are up for sale.. Thousands upon thousands of their domains are now available for purchase. Make your offer and you may just become the new owner of that great dot com keyword domain. Woohoo! Frank Schilling's domains are being offered exclusively through ProFormaInc.com and Kevin Ham's through DomainBrokers.com --- now as I wrote here just recently about the domain industry... There is lots of changes going on. 2009 is a very different year!!

All of the biggest players are diversifying their income streams. They are selling off. They are developing lots of sites. They are experimenting with lots of various different monetization setups. They are simply a lot more aggressive about getting business done. Last few years, people became really lazy. PPC parking revenues made most involved in the domain industry become something they were not. In 2009 the smart people have gotten re-energized once again and re-strategizing for the future. It's about time, right? YUP

a little misleading...just because sites are for sale does not mean they are cheap.

You mean "Now for Sale" would be more appropriate

I contacted DomainBrokers.com couple of weeks ago, they are denying any connection with Kevin Ham, also I was interested in adults and TMs, budget 6 digits and they told me they will come back to me and never did. So who knows who are "domainbrokers.com" actually are...

Every domain is always for sale at the right price.

These guys can only develop so many domains, they'll get a better return on some names from a sale than ppc, plus more domains will end up in hands that will have some end use. Over time quality domains will end up in the hands that can best use them.

didn't Kevin Ham get rid of his adult names ? Hitfarm stopped monetizing adult about 2-3 years back.

Kevin Ham = Domain Brokers = Hitfarm = ReInvent = a whole bunch of other companies you've never heard of...

I am amazed how many folks take time to warm up their dead batteries based on what the Ham's and Schillings are doing. They will rarely admit about a long list of useless names they own, which won't sell for a dime, let alone for premium.

Following the beaten path will get you knowwhere. If I made a business of watching what other are doing, I'd never get anywhere. Lead, don't follow.

i made a business out of watching what others are doing and in turn doing it 10x better than them... it has worked out well for me personally over the years, and 99% of others who do this as well i am sure

Frank has been selling names for over a year at the "right price". Meaning an end user with capital and a strong need to own the name. Your post makes it seem like they are dumping names which Frank is not. I have not seen or heard anything regarding Kevin Ham dumping either. All names have always been for sale for the right price. I think this is post for mike to feed his need for attention and attempt to make him look like he knows what he is doing.

If he spent 1/10 of the time fixing the awful examples his company displays, he might get some business and not have so much free time to run his mouth.

Ouch...

I vouch that neither of them are having a fire sale. I'm inking a contract this week for a 6 figure deal for one of their names. Don't ask me which one or which name. Frank"s names require a minimum $15,000 offer to even start to get his attention. That's a far cry from a "Now on Sale"...it's definitely "Now FOR Sale"...I think they always have been to some extent.
