Last 7 PR5 permanent one-way links for sale due to popular demand

Due to popular demand, I've cleaned up my PR5 site and released 7 (out of 10) spots for sale. These are one-way links. The previous sale for top-fold links have been SOLD OUT. These spots are made available due to clearing of link exchanges gone bad.
