Since most people ask me to create a mini site rather than other services I offer I decided to open this thread up.

Minisite Creation
What do you get you may ask?
-Customized Template (Not free template) all uniquely designed in photoshop then coded back into html. Real thing. Real nice. You own all the rights of it after we paid.
-Meta Tags Configuration. We mostly don't do this unless you can provide to us the info as in your url, keywords you like, and description unless you want us to come up with that.
-4 unique written articles. It depends on the topic for the mini site. Sometimes it will end up less than 500 words as there's not alot to write. But most of the time it will be 500 words. It will be written with professional writers.
-Logo. We didn't really do this before but now we are. We are going to have own customized logo (created from scratch) from photoshop. It will be implemented into your design the best we can.
-Mascots. This isn't a free feature this is a paid feature. If you choose mascot it will be excellent in quality. If you need examples feel free to send me along a message.
-Menu links will all be setup for you to use. Everything will be setup for the most part. If there is a extra link on the bottom you would have to configure it yourself to choose who to link to.
-Ads. We can setup that for you only if when we send you a preview before the template is coded and you want a ad on the side etc. Then we will have it done implemented but we would need your code or we will leave a image of the size of the ad so you can just replace it with your code after.

I don't promise revenue any sort. I just promise everything above I said will be true.

Here's the prices:
-1~5 sites $399/site
-6~10 sites $389/site
-11~20 sites $379/site
-21~30 sites $369/site
-31(and above) $300/site

If you really want to know why the price is a bit high is because it is unique theme.

Non Unique Minisite Creation:
-Free Wordpress Theme setup
-4 unique posts/articles written (usually 500 words see above)
-Ads setup (if you provide your adsense codes)
-Unique logo created

-31(and above) $189/site

As for the sites I built already for my customers minisites I usually give full rights to them so I really don't have permission to show you any of them and I'm not quite sure of the url (I send the zip up html for you just to upload unless you want me to do it)
