A few questions:

1. Where are the jokes from? Have they just been ripped from other sites, or did you write them yourself (unique)?

2. You say you're selling 10 copies. Now, I don't know if you are able to answer this, but maybe someone else is, but won't google see those 10 db's as dublicated content? I mean, it would be a shame to be blackballed by big G

The way I understand it, TheAlien is selling a MySQL database, not a complete website. Google doesn't index databases, it indexes the webpages driven by them. As long as the 10 users don't install the exact same site script with the same intro blurb, meta data, and HTML coding, it won't be duplicate content.
