Why are these names valuable?
Because, if the dot com is down for maintainence or gets a 404 page not found, people tend to typein the dot net or dot org domains ... especially when the dot com extensions have a high overture count.

You can now download all the dot com with an overture score of under 50 (in the members section) .... there are over 32,000 domain names. The website was getting to long to load so i'm giving this list away.
