More advanced then Fantastico?

Is this similar to the Wordpress add-on to allow multiple blogs with the same database? Are there any difference as yours looks interesting?

This installs multiple blogs, at multiple domains, and allows for updating as well. This is not my own software. I purchased it and am selling as an affilate. I have tens of blogs, and this saves me tremendous amounts of time. As far as cpanel goes, this basically logs into your cpanel at the various domains and installs them similar to fantastico, but does this for multiple sites, and allows for updating themes and plugins etc.
