Takes a while. Usually at least a few month's. Sometimes a year or more. Lets just say that Google, Yahoo or MSN is in no rush to rank any of your sites or content unless you give them more than a few good reasons to do so. You have to clearly understand this 100% !! Everything happens for a reason. There is a process.
