I know there are many smaller tools and scripts that do some aspects of each but I have not yet seen an all in one solution. Below is what specifically the tool should do for bulk lists of names.
Check Overture (OVT) searches for term
Strip the searches of spaces and numbers and check them as domains for availability
Transpose terms and perform the above
Pluralize and perform the above
Check all OVT results with extension
Find all OVT results with extension (set threshholds)
Check Historical OVT
Check Google page rank
Check link popularity
Check for Yahoo, DMOZ listing
Check for numbers of results returned at Yahoo and Google for that term.
Check archive.org for previous pages
Return contact info for taken domains (whois)
Return domain status (registered, pending delete)
Original registration date
Check Alexa rank
If it does not exist, is anyone willing to build it? I would help invest.
Thanks.

if you get a tool made like that i can also recommend the following features:
link to archive.org listing
each of the features above send you to a link of the information.... ESPECIALLY Alexa which may display the wrong rank if more thna on esite was pointing to a certain place.... it collectively gets their rank.
Together- I am using several different, free online tools... (You asked in the other thread)....
Tool #1 - Sorts domains into certain categories including PR, OVT, Alexa Rank etc.
It also allows you to sort by estimated drop dates and also sorts them into Pending Delete and Redemption Periods.
Tool #2 - Actually a whois that doesnt work very well but handily filters domains from everything else listed on tool #1 and prepares for other tools.
There are A LOT more tools to find on the web, it depends how you plan to go about doing it.
I used to use the droplists provided free with DNF combined with http://www.parked.com/tools/check.php to find domains worth while.
