Required: Experienced Gaming Site Developer

I have started up 2 next generation gaming sites. Each is about 3-4 months old.

Currently both are doing very well in terms of traffic 1,000+ each per day, and SEO rankings. #1 for some key terms, top 5 for others.

And this is all about 1 year before these systems are even released!

GoogleAds revenue is nice at the moment, but that is not the reason of my post.

I am looking for an experienced gaming website developer to help make this sites as big as possible when the systems are released.

If you are familiar with Xbox-Scene.com and its standing with the Xbox community, then this is what I am hoping to possibly emulate. but I don't know, that may be thinking too big (which is why I need someone with more experience).

I have little or no experience in doing this sort of thing, but I know these 2 websites have the potential to be huge and earn a lot of traffic and money by the time the systems come out at the end of the year/early 2006.

Currently they just report news, specifications and pictures on the upcoming systems, and are based on the e107.org CMS. I have made a custom theme for the sites.

I am serious about developing these sites into being huge for the next generation of gaming systems and I think now is the time to do it. I have the base from which to work and am now looking for someone with more expertise to help me in direction.
