I am selling only some site files. I recently put up timeburner.com up for sale and oddly enough the domain sold but the site files did not.

So now I could go about fixing up the site with another domain, fix the links, etc...or I could just sell the template and content. Since it is now not a full website, just files and such it no longer really belongs in the "web sites for sale", that is why I am listing it here.

I want 100$ for the site files, no more...no less. If this does not sell then I will fix up the site/links/add a domain and then list for sale again in the websites for sale section.

Remember, you are getting just the site files. The domain is already sold and is being transferred as of this post.
