I like it. Well layed out and yes very user friendly. My only dislike is the colour is very hard on the eyes.

Looks nice and a little faster too.

But what difference it's gonna make if you don't answer support emails or help desk? I send an email to support, other email to my manager(I believe) and pm to you. No answer for a simple question!

It seems you or other DS folks visit this forum occasionally. I send you a pm last month and deleted it after seven days, never answered. Question was very simple.

This is my personal experience and opinion, you need more focus on answering our questions.
