Links appear on PR5, PR4, and PR3 pages on a site that regularly gets top 10 rankings in the SERPS. Was page 2 on MSN for "free online games" last time I looked.
Traffic is generally 5-6K uniques/day to the site. Rarely drops below 4K/day, sometimes spikes up to 10K/day or more. 4 text ads in the same position have been pulling approximately 150-200 clicks per day, to give you an idea what a good text link & description might pull.
